Ingredients for 4 people:

- 12 beautiful and healthy langoustines

- 50grs of fine butter

- 1 vanilla bean

- 1 pinch of turmeric

- salt fine olive oil

Progression of the recipe:

1) Take out the butter and put it in a container until it is very soft (ointment) then whisk in the inside of a scraped vanilla pod with a small knife (seeds) a little fine salt and 1 teaspoon turmeric mix well with a whisk, then keep close to you.

2) Cut your langoustines in half lengthwise, put a little olive oil on the hot griddle and place your langoustines on the flesh side for 5 minutes then turn them over and brush them, coat them with your vanilla butter again for 5 more minutes and serve, not forgetting to dry them all.

You can make this recipe by replacing the langoustines by ½ cicadas or ½ lobsters or even in ½ lobster it will be enough if you adapt your cooking time to the size of the "Beasts".
